We may receive identity, contact and project information that you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp. This website has no contact form. The email link opens your email application so you can write and send your message. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary third-party information.
Purposes and legal bases
General enquiries are handled on the basis of consent expressed by sending them (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Requests for quotations or steps before a contract rely on precontractual measures requested by you (art. 6(1)(b)). Legal obligations rely on art. 6(1)(c). Site security and defending legal claims rely on legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)), subject to the statutory right to object. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiries for the time needed to answer and follow up. If a contractual relationship follows, the relevant contractual and statutory retention requirements apply.
